Return and Refund Policy
If you wish to return an item, please email our customer services team at email@example.com to obtain a returns authorisation number. Please note that items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged in-store. You will need to provide: (i) full details of your customer order number, (ii) details of the items you wish to return, (iii) whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange, and (iv) the reasons for the return. We will then send you a returns authorisation e-mail with an address for returning goods. If returned to an alternative, unauthorised address you are liable to a £5 processing and handling fee.
To ensure that your return is processed please ensure that: (i) your returns authorisation number is included with your return package, (ii) the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them, (iii) the goods are in an unused and resaleable condition, (iv) your package is sent by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) to the address indicated on the returns authorisation email, (v) you send your purchased item back to us within 14 days of purchase.
