If you wish to return an item, please email our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns authorisation number. Please note that items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged in-store. You will need to provide: (i) full details of your customer order number, (ii) details of the items you wish to return, (iii) whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange, and (iv) the reasons for the return. You will be liable to send your returns back to the below address. If returned to an alternative, unauthorised address you are liable to a £5 processing and handling fee.

To ensure that your return is processed please ensure that: (i) your returns authorisation number is included with your return package, (ii) the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them, (iii) the goods are in an unused and resaleable condition, (iv) your package is sent by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) to the address indicated on the returns authorisation email, (v) you send your purchased item back to us within 14 days of purchase.
Shipping Abroad Policy
We offer an international shipping service to selected countries outside the UK. If your country does not appear on the list you can request delivery prices by emailing email@example.com. All abroad orders will be sent by Royal Mail and cannot be tracked for the whole duration of the shipping, however a signature on delivery will be required. If you would like to request a separate courier service please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote. For select countries outside the EU, delivery charges will reflect any custom delays and costs occurred.
For orders placed abroad we may request additional ID or Proof of address and you will be contacted by email if required and any details requested for will be kept safe and secure. Any exchanges or returns for orders abroad can be processed at your own cost.
After all orders are made an email confirmation will be sent to you. Before orders are processed on delivery our Merchant Bank conducts security checks to verify all transactions made through our payment server- both the card details provided and the cardholders billing/card registered address. During this process if any checks are unsuccessful we are required to ask customers for a form of ID and verification of the card details provided before safely processing the order. To protect both our company and customers any orders requiring ID will still be debited from your account but pending until an email notification from email@example.com has been acknowledge and relevant details provided to process the order.
